Join us this month for a five day marathon of creativity! ESScp's first ever CREATE-A-THON will put your art-making stamina to the test, while supporting ESScp's mission to provide access to high quality art education, regardless of income or experience. Participants will collect pledges from friends and family, as they flex their creative chops in response to daily prompts and challenges. And, there are PRIZES for the participant with the highest pledge amount, and for every participant who completes all of the challenges!
here's how it works!
Starting Monday, 11/15, we will post three art-making challenges a day. Participants can be children or adults; work independently, or team up with family. Your mission is to create a response to each day's three challenges with a unique work of art! There will be fifteen challenges total posted by Friday, 11/19; all responses must be submitted by Sunday, 11/21.
THE ART KIT
We have packed up goodie bags full of all of the supplies you will need for all 15 challenges. Students currently enrolled in Art After School at Park Church Co-op will receive a Create-a-Thon art kit for free; anyone else interested in participating can register via the form below.
We have set up a private online gallery via Artsonia where all participants can digitally submit their work. You can also have your artwork printed onto gifts for purchase; like mugs, masks, tote bags, and more -- just in time for the holiday season! Artsonia donates 20% of the sale price from these purchases back to ESScp.
Participants collect pledges through their personal page on RallyUp. Friends and family pledge an amount per each artwork you create, or a flat-rate pledge. Every dollar helps!
The prize for the participant who collects the highest dollar amount of pledges is ONE FREE WEEK of SUMMER ART WORKSHOP 2022 or $300 toward Adult Programs! In addition, every participant who completes all fifteen challenges will receive their choice of either our famously soft and comfy ESS logo / Studio Rules T-shirt (now in adult sizes!); or an ESScp sketchbook, screenprinted in our studio, with either the ESS logo or Studio Rules.
