**IMPORTANT REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION POLICIES - PLEASE READ!**

Courses are subject to minimum enrollment; if enrollment is not met 48 hours before the first class, the session will be canceled. You will have the option to have the fee fully refunded, or applied toward a different session. If you must cancel your enrollment, you will receive a refund (minus 25% deposit) if arrangements are made at least two weeks before the first class. We cannot refund class fees once the series has begun.

 

Classes require a commitment to the entire series. Should NYC enter Phase 3 at any time during the series, all classes will be transferred online. Should other circumstances arise which Eckford Street Studio determines create an unsafe environment for in person classes, we reserve the right to transfer programming online at any time. In the event classes must be transferred online, we are not able to offer credit or refunds. Should your family's circumstances require it, we will also allow you to transfer to online classes at any time.

For the safety of our staff and participating families, we are unable to offer make up classes during this time.

At the beginning of each class, all participants are required to submit to a temperature check and answer a series of questions verifying they are not exhibiting symptoms of and have not been exposed to COVID-19.

Masks are required for all participants at all times.
