**IMPORTANT REGISTRATION POLICIES - PLEASE READ!**
Registrations are non-transferable. Schedule changes are authorized on a case-by-case basis; if approved, $50 change fee applies.
Courses are subject to minimum enrollment; if enrollment is not met 24 hours before the first class, the session will be canceled. You will have the option to have the fee fully refunded, or applied toward a later session. If you must cancel your enrollment, you will receive a refund (minus 25% deposit) if arrangements are made at least two weeks before the first class. We cannot refund class fees once the series has begun.
Registering for Art After School requires a commitment to the entire semester.
MAKE UP CLASSES: If your child is unable to attend class, you are permitted THREE MAKE UPS during Saturday Family Open Studio (ages 1-5yrs), Saturday Art Academy (ages 6-11yrs), or Saturday Portfolio Prep (ages 11-14yrs). MAKE UP CLASSES MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.
