During the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering limited capacity programs in the studio that you can sign up for individually, or as a group with your child's social bubble. All programs will run on a quarterly schedule to align with DOE programming. Click here to learn more about the measures we have put in place for the health and safety of our staff and your family during the coronavirus crisis.

Art After School and Art After Lunch

for artists in K-5th grades

Let us fill your child's afternoons with art, materials, and big ideas! Each week we examine works of art and unlock the ideas and processes used by the artists to create them. Projects emphasize process, problem solving, and experimentation, and are designed in response to the students' interests.

Young artists collaborate and make their own work, and have "open studio" time to experiment with materials of their choosing. Class fees include all materials a sketchbook to keep. Each series culminates in an exhibition for family and friends to celebrate! Classes are capped at eight students to allow for social distancing, and outdoor time is incorporated whenever possible. Masks are required at all times.

Art After Lunch: 12pm-2:30

While this class does not directly support DOE remote learning, we are happy to accommodate students logging in for short meetings, if it is required to be marked present at school.

Social Bubble Art Classes

Going DIY this school year? Get together with your pod and let us design an art workshop to complement whichever way your child is learning this fall. Choose from one of our tried and true themes, like Design and Build or Stories and Characters; or give us a theme to inspire a custom class! Whatever you choose, your young artist will learn about artists and art techniques, as well as investigate materials, processes, collaboration, and creative risk-taking. Our teaching artists are also able to work with mixed ages, and integrate curricular connections across any subject, should you so choose. Classes are capped at eight students to allow for social distancing, and outdoor time is incorporated whenever possible. Masks are required at all times.

Morning, midday, and afternoon slots available. Contact us for dates and pricing.

BLENDED LEARNERS: We are looking at the possibility of school pick-ups beginning in October. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further!
